Village Carwash

First time wash cycle failed and left soap on vehicle, so I had to pay again for rewash, second wash also left soap. I left my name and # on business provided form. I never got a call back. Had been going there for years, never again. The place is not manned or maintained.

After putting in my money and counting carefully( Bank employee 28 years) I know how to count. The light kept coming on asking for more money, I put it in thinking maybe prices had uncreased, not yet posted. It started, the hose had a major leak that you don’t see until the water and soap are gushing out. I am soaked from top to bottom, shoes, slacks, shirt and now home to get dressed again. Washing my car is no easy task for me, I will be 80 in a few months, widowed and no one to do this for me. I left a card and when you call the listed number, it’s a fax. I began going to this place in 2010. Never again. I want my money back. The vacuum worked fine.

Nice wash no rinse. Soap and dirt all over car. Nice attendant contacted owner and they got me another wash in another bay. Best touch less wash I've had, best machine. All unattended operations have problems time to time. Lucky a great attendant was there.

Use the The touchless car wash in Bay two chose the nine dollar wash put in a $20 bill. The machine said take your change change never came out. This will be the last time I ever use this car wash and I’m going to refer everybody else to somewhere else because that’s ridiculous. There’s no change and the car wash wasn’t that good?

Drove across town to use the self serve, and the coin machine didnt work, not out of coins, but didnt work period. It doesnt take CC, so I drove here for nothing. Also didnt see a single number to call to discuss maintenance issues with the coin dispenser. Waste of time.
